A four-sided stone fireplace opens to the family and dining rooms and occupies the center of the first floor- its massive stonewalls extend the entire height of the house and continue to rise through the cathedral ceiling and the roof. Exquisite architecture and woodwork throughout the house- including rounded archways, hand carved oak doors, dovetail cabinets, and open design stairways.
