This home rents for half the cost of much smaller lakefront properties less than three miles away in Vermont on the same lake! One hour or less to major ski resorts (Sutton, Owl's Head & Orford where rates are a bargain in Canadian dollars) and Jay Peak in Vermont Amenity Summary: 4 bedrooms each with a double bed. Two bathrooms Living rooms on each floor with field stone fireplaces and picture windows overlooking the lake. Small deck with lawn furniture. Parking for 4 cars Eat-in kitchen with stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and pots, pans and place settings for 8. TV and VCR Wet bar, sink and fridge in the downstairs family room with sliders leading to the lawn and beach. 200 feet of beach frontage, dock and boat slip.
Guest Book: Beautiful Weirs Beach is also only a mile away! Winter: Winter activities include: Horseback riding, Dog sledding, Snowmobiling, Ice fishing, Cross-country skiing, Snow tubing, Sleigh rides, Ice skating on the two mile lakeside trail constructed every winter by local residents. A short thirty minute to one hour drive takes you to all the major ski resorts including Jay Peak, Owl's Head, Sutton, Bromont, Orford and Sugarbush, where you can enjoy glade and night skiing, a snowboard park, and lots of après-ski night life.
