Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

1/2 of rental plus $300 damage deposit due at time of booking. - A 7% Lodging tax will be added to the weekly rental rate and appear on the rental agreement. We require a $300 security deposit be returned with the rental agreement and 1/2 of the total rental to be paid by May 1st, 2008.
