- We have two rate structures based on peak ($500/night) and non-peak ($350/night) dates - they are based on the maximum 10-person occupancy:
From Dec. 20, 2008 through Jan. 4, 2009 and from Feb. 13, 2009 through Mar. 1, 2009 we charge $500/night or $3000/week.
From Jan. 4, 2009 through the rest of the winter, all other dates are $350/night or $2100/week.
For Martin Luther King's weekend in Jan. we charge $500/night, unless someone books an entire week that includes this weekend, and then the price returns to $2100 for the week.
Prices include all cleaning, linens, trash removal, utilities, cable, high-speed internet, telephone and plowing. The only additional charge is Vermont's 9% room’s tax.
We also require a fully refundable $500 damage deposit that will be returned after the suites are inspected and deemed to be in the same condition as when you arrived.
Special pricing may be available for smaller groups of people on a last-minute basis.
Plus VT rooms tax. - Additional 1-BR 1 Bathroom unit also available. Please call owner for price and availability.
