Sleeping arrangements: The house sleeps 8 comfortably as follows: Upstairs: 3 bedrooms - one with a double bed, one with 2 twins, one with a single twin. A roll-away bed can be moved into one of the rooms. Downstairs: living room couch is a futon that turns into a double bed as well as a futon chair that a smallish child can use.
