The 3 Queen and 2 Full size beds can sleep 10, we suggest 8 adults for a bit more comfort. The condo however is furnished to maximize floor space and exceptional amenities are provided. Spring 2005 renovations: 3-coat repaint, QuickStep laminate flooring, new stair carpet, 3 new beds, 4 new mattresses, new sofa, new area rugs, new slate hearth, new compact stereo enclosure, new drapes & vertical blinds, new lamps, new baseboard heater in bunk room * Tasteful & pleasant interior well maintained by housekeeper and handyman & reliable local professionals for all major repairs. KPM Property Management handles exterior & structure and is on call for all emergencies. Rental Policies:: Reservations/Booking - Sorry we cannot hold dates without a deposit. Our policy is to rent to the first group to confirm by phone or email and pay 50% of rental fee plus 9% VT room tax by check within 5 business days. The 50% balance plus 9% VT room tax & refundable $500 security deposit are due 30 days prior to arrival. The Security deposit will be refunded after you check out and leave the condo reasonably clean and undamaged * Check in is 5:00 PM - Check out is 11:00 AM but we can be flexible if the schedule permits * Refunds/Cancellations - Sorry but we cannot give unrestricted refunds if you cancel. We will however refund any part of your rental fee recovered by renting the unit to another group * No Smoking and Pets are Not Allowed * For safety reasons we no longer permit children under 6 (six) years * Please feel free to call or email with any questions * 'Ant any time before, during, or after your stay, your information may be shared with www.guestchecker.com'
