Located on Allsports lake Twin Lake, this furnished home is only 10 minutes to downtown Muskegon, Cedar Point owned Michigan Adventure Amusement Park and 30 minutes to the horse racetrack, Port City Princess, Lake Michigan beaches and over a dozen public golf courses. Very open floor plan, central air plus five ceiling fans will make a cool vacation. This one is very kid friendly with a deck and large windows to allow adults to keep an eye on the young ones from the home. The fire pit will make for great family memories. Twin Lake has a sandy bottom and has bass and pan fish. We have 60 feet of private frontage and have no extra charges for cleaning between visitors or sales taxes. We are on the quiet side of the lake away from the little boat traffic and only about 170 yards to an island perfect for all to play on. We average 50-60 percent repeat renters every year and lots of good comments. We have a Weber grill for great family cookouts. A great place to build family memories.

Twin Lake is an inland all sports lake with excellent swimming, fishing and its own private island less than 200 yards away. Michigan Adventure, Which seems to expand every year, is only ten minutes away and you will want to spend a day either going to the pristine Lake Michigan beaches or watching a Lake Michigan sunset on the Port City Princess.

Other two bedrooms are upstairs, have two queen beds in each and the second bathroom is also upstairs. There is either a chest of drawers or a dresser in all three bedrooms. Cool lake breezes and Hunter ceiling fans mean you will never have to turn the A/C on to sleep.

Notes: Five quality queen beds, Central air; dock; pedal-boat & rowboat are included. Although we call this our cottage, there is a good amount of quality in this home built in 2000. We have oak hardwood floors, 9 foot ceilings, and solid core doors throughout. There is a boat launch a couple of blocks away and you can keep a boat for your week at the dock. We do not recommend boats over 18 feet or deep V boats.

Further details about this house rental

Our cottage built in 2000 is sure to make a memorable vacation. Every year we have had very good comments on the fact that it is clean upon arrival and how nice it is. Horse shoes and a fire pit are other features I failed to mention. Muskegon, with its proximity to Lake Michigan, is not as hot as many areas of West Michigan. Four of the five beds were bought new in 2005 or after. We had most of the place repainted in 2006 and a nice propane Weber grill assures you great cookouts. Unlike some owners our weekly price is the price with no taxes and we pay for the housekeeper between visitors.

Other Activities: all water sports, pedal boat and rowboat included
