  • Both bathrooms on 2nd floor are laid out well for large groups. The Master bath area services the 2 bedrooms adjoining it and has a separate dressing area with 2 lavatories. The second bathroom is also equipped with double lavatory and the hallway provides private access from both nearby bedrooms. Full bath on 1st floor in located in hall between both down stairs bedrooms. Both out door showers are enclosed for privacy and have hot water.

Notes: The first floor is great for the younger crowd with ping-pong table and Foosball along with access to the patio. We also have a bumper pool table in the garage and an extra refrigerator for food over flow and drinks. Large sitting area with television that you can hook-up your favorite video game fro home. On the back patio there is a pic-nic table and rocking chairs along with a hammock for relaxing. There is a storage closet on the patio that is filled with misc. beach toys, boogie boards and beach chairs from past guests.
