- Both bathrooms on 2nd floor are laid out well for large groups. The Master bath area services the 2 bedrooms adjoining it and has a separate dressing area with 2 lavatories. Full bath on 1st floor in located in hall between both down stairs bedrooms. Both out door showers are enclosed and for privacy and have hot water.

- Our bedroom #4 has a built in desk and is a great place to 'check email' when (or not) you're on vacation!!! Notes:
The first floor is great for the younger crowd with ping-pong table and Foosball along with access to the patio. We also have a bumper pool table in the garage and an extra refrigerator for food over flow and drinks. Large sitting area with television that you can hook-up your favorite video game fro home. On the back patio there is a pic-nic table and rocking chairs along with a hammock for relaxing. There is a storage closet on the patio that is filled with misc. beach toys, boogie boards and beach chairs from past guests.
