This spacious (1450 square foot) Inverness villa is fully equipped, air-conditioned and all on one level. The villa is an airy, bright end unit on the 7th hole of the Fazio golf course. There are 2 bedrooms (1 king and 2 twins), 2 baths and a sleep sofa. The dining room has an atrium window and wet bar. The living room has a cathedral ceiling, sofa bed, ceiling fan, an entertainment center with cable TV, DVD, VCR and CD player and high speed Internet access. The patio off the living room provides a sweeping view of the 3rd and 7th holes of the Fazio golf course. The villa accommodates 5 people. There is a grill for outdoor cooking and the villa is equipped with washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven and cable TV in each bedroom. The large eat-in kitchen has a breakfast nook with greenhouse roof. Located a short distance from the villa is a community pool and 3 clay tennis courts for renter use. The beach is a short walk or bike ride from the villa with parking for villa guests.

It offers an outstanding array of resort amenities and recreational facilities including three championship golf courses, a 12-mile hard packed beach and an 11-mile lagoon system. Dolphin-watch cruises and kayak trips are available from nearby Shelter Cove Marina. A professional center for the performing and visual arts is nearby, as are many restaurants and shopping. The historic cities of Beaufort, Savannah and Charleston and the Hilton Head factory stores are all a pleasant drive away. Inverness Village is surrounded by the Fazio golf course. Golf, tennis, swimming, canoeing and bike riding are all within easy reach of the villa. The villa is about 3/4 mile from the world-famous Hilton Head Island beach, where there is ocean front parking for guests.
