- The two small downstairs bedrooms have a connecting bath. They also have small vanities with sinks in the rooms. One has twin beds, the other a full. The upstairs bathrooms are larger, both with queens, and the largest also has a full-sized foldout futon. The house comfortably holds 10, but there is a large non-foldout couch in the living room, and an air mattress available in the front closet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, and all necessary utensils, including a huge lobster pot (of course). There is a lovely side yard that is almost the size of a small private park. There you can relax in the Pawley's Island hammock strung between two sturdy birches, or have lunch on the picnic table under a gorgeous red maple. The more energetic might want to get up a game of badminton or croquet.
