  • Additional information about rental rates:
    •Displayed prices per property per night for 4 people. Price per extra person depends on the season and may vary from 20-40€. Babies and kids 3 years old stay for free.
    Standard price: 1-4 people 140€, 5 people 165€, 6 people 190€, 7 people 220€, 8 people 250€.
    On the weekends and August 2012 there will be an increase of 10€ extra euros per person.
    Cleaning fee of 80€ additional to rental should be paid on arrival. Clean towels and linens are provided and general cleaning done previous to entering the apartment. One free of charge cleaning once a week.
    A 300€ damage deposit is payable on arrival.

  • There are two double bedrooms at the end of the apartment facing a rear patio so they are very calm and there is no noise at all. Both of them have built-in closets and are very bright. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom. In the living room the are two very comfortable sofabeds from Danish Mark innovation living where the extra guests can sleep.
