A large, beautiful, unique and secluded property with over 250 feet of lakefront shoreline, spectacular panoramic views in one of the most picturesque places in the area. Located on the east (sunny) side of the lake and owned by a real railroad engineer, families will love the nostalgic railroad appeal along with wonderful sunny afternoons, a soak in the hot tub or a good game of pool, horseshoes or foosball.
The morning mist on the lake, the beautiful sunsets and the view of Mt Abrams family ski resort (especially in the winter) at night when the slopes are lit up, the towering Norway pines and the call of the loon are right outside your door. Just 15 minutes to Sunday river ski resort and only 5 minutes to Mount Abrams.

Golf: There are some great golf courses nearby starting with the all new Sunday river golf course. There is more golfing right up the road at the Bethel Inn and country club followed by Poland Spring country club and there are yet a few others.
Skiing: Sunday river ski resort!... Need I say more? Well there is also Mt Abrams family ski slopes which are just a 5 minute drive from the house. They are very family oriented and offer a great day of skiing at a very affordable price.
Other Activities: Water slide, laser tag, rock gym, bowling, mining.
