Cancellation Policy: Your Booking Fee will be refunded less a 10% Cancellation Fee, if you Cancel at least 30 days prior to the first Date of your Reservation. After the 30 days, I will refund to the extent that I am able to rent the unit for your reservation period, less a 10% Cancellation Fee. Full payment is expected at least 30 days prior to your Reservation Date. A 15% Cancellation Fee, 60 day Cancellation Notice and 60 day Full Payment applies to Special Event Dates. There will be No Exceptions to this Policy, unless the Cancellations is initiated by the Owner.
