Ground Level : Enter to the rec room with pool table, wet bar with tv/vcr, refrigerator, icemaker and sauna, access to the sprawling pool area with hot tub and your private walkway to the beach and dunetop deck. There is a bedroom with 2 Bunk sets , a full bath, and a room with Duobunk and Trundle which shares a full bath with a bedroom with 2 Duobunks .

Mid Level : Reminiscent of a European holiday, the front entrance features a private gated courtyard with fountain. Grand marble entrance with leaded glass doorway walks you to the theatre room with 5' x 10' projection tv screen with surround sound and computerized blinds for blocking out sunlight. For your convenience, there is a half bath with gorgeous custom tile. There is a King mbr with ocean views, tv and deck access. The bath has a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. A King mbr with sunset views overlooking the sound and tv has deck access and a bath with custom tile shower and separate Jacuzzi tub. There are 2 Queen mbrs with tv/vcr/dvd and bath with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower to complete this level.

Top Level : Follow the graceful stairwell to the spacious great room featuring hardwood floors and exquisite area rugs. The custom kitchen with granite countertops, allows you to prepare meals while taking time to overlook the sound.
