- One queen, two twin beds.... deluxe quality mattresses. Crib, pack 'n play portacrib and low cot . Twin beds have child safe guard rails. In addition to the crib , there is a portacrib, and cot. There is an additional daily rate if the sofa bed is used. Linens are provided and there is an extra comforter for winter. 100% cotton bedding. There is a new wall furnace in living room and a space heater is provided. There is also a portable fan for the summer. Spacious walk-in closet, dressing table, dressers and bookshelf with varied, popular reading material.
