* Security deposit will be returned within 2 weeks of departure. The deposit will be adjusted for damages, extra

* Cancellations made less than 90 days prior to arrival are nonrefundable unless unit is rebooked for the same
time period.
* An administrative charge of $100 plus $40 reservation fee will be applied against all confirmed reservations
which are cancelled.
