Double bedroom with french doors to private balcony, or airy sleeping gallery with double bed. Lounge/dining area with comfortable double sofa bed, modern well equipped kitchen area & dining table. French doors lead to the covered patio & outdoor dining area and the well kept gardens with panorama sea view point. The swimming pool has a children's swimming area and there is fencing around the pool. Just a 5 - 10 min stroll to the nearest sandy beach with crystal clear blue water and about 25 min walk to the charming village of Tanaunella, which has a small but excellent selection of restaurants, 2 supermarkets and a pharmacy.

The peaceful seaside hamlet of Baia Sant' Anna is located near to the village of Tanaunella which has 4 -5 restaurants, 2 supermarkets and a pharmacy. Within 5-7 min drive, one reaches the small town of Budoni with its fabulous long white sandy beaches flanked by fragrant pine forests. Budoni has a great selection of restaurants (from simple pizzeria to excellent restaurants), supermarkets, local 'Sarda' produce shops, gift shops, ice cream shops, locals bars, Diving centre, shops, street markets (in July & Aug), banks, a petrol station and a post office. !!! TripAdvisor has named the town of Budoni as the No1 international destination for 2009.!!! Olbia Airport is about a 25 min drive away, Alghero Airport about 1h 45min.

This is Sardinia at its best,: Crystal clear sea, endless silky white beaches alternating with steep cliffs and small rocky bays. Rugged mountains give way to verdant hills, tranquil lakes and moors, inhabited by colourful butterflies and unusual birds. The scent of the pine forests and the fragrant macchia mixed with the sweet smell of myrtle and lemon trees. The sensation of finding oneself in a region where the stunning beauty of nature, the genuine character of the people, the many typical dishes and the ancient traditions seem to have remained unchanged over the years. Traces of Phoenicians, Carthaginians, Romans, Arabs, Byzantines and Spanish influences, assimilated and integrated into its own culture. A feeling of authenticity even in the larger, more modern towns.

Guest Book: We had a great holiday in Baia Sant Anna, the property is lovely, the beaches are beautiful and the sea is clean and crystal clear. Good choice of local restaurants (try La Volpe in Tanaunella!) and the apartment was ideal for us and our 2 children. We all miss sitting on the terrace in the morning with the sun shining and the sea all around us; we shall be back! Dr Gruchman & Family. We loved the apartment and the location, our favorite restaurant was 'La Tavernetta' right on budoni beach (5min drive) they have tables right on the beach, great fish with the sun going down and the lapping of the sea, perfect!
