Further details about this house rental
“Spruce Ledge” also has a terrace on the rocks in front of the house, which is a great place to have a lobster supper while watching the most spectacular sunsets. Boothbay has a great golf course and there is tennis available through the Ocean Point Colony Trust at the 'casino' right on Ocean Point. The 'casino' is also the site of Ocean Point's traditional Sunday after Chapel softball game where young and old alike are invited to join in. Very young children, referred to as NC’s (no counter), are rotated in enough to keep them interested, but not so much as to lose the interest of the adults, and it's not unusual for NC's to hit home runs.
