Adding a Special Offer to your property 8. Reductions in rental rates 9. Ideas for Special Offers 1. Introduction If you have a special offer for your property, you can give it extra promotion on CyberRentals with our unique, searchable "Special Offers" feature. It's a great way to increase exposure for your listing and capture last minute bookings. 2. Rules and definition of terms
For example, you may have a special offer of $1,000/week for the month of May. You may want to advertise the offer from March 1st to March 15th and have it booked by April 1st. In this case:
3. Costs The minimum cost is $20 for a display of two weeks, but you can choose to order up to a total of 10 weeks of display at $10 per week. Once the display end date has passed, you can create a new order for the same Special Offer. 4. Updating availability Make sure you have changed the availability status from the default "unknown" to "available" for the Special Offer dates. If you get bookings for any dates of the Special Offer period, remember to change the availability to "booked" on those dates so that they are removed from the Special Offers available dates search. 5. Misrepresentation For the sake of the credibility of the site, and the benefit to site visitors, we ask that keep your availability updated for your Special Offer periods. If we get complaints from site users on this issue, we reserve the right to remove Special Offers from your listing at our discretion. 6. Display of Special Offers on the site
7. Adding a Special Offer to your property Sign in to your Owner home page, click "Edit Listing" and click the Special Offers tab. You can create, edit, preview, delete and place orders for your Special Offer from this screen. You can also choose to suspend your Special Offer; however, this does not affect the expiration date. 8. Reductions in rental rates Please note that any price reduction you enter as a Special Offer does not automatically appear in your rental rates table. Put the new rate in your rental rates table and make sure you mention the original rental rate in the description of your Special Offer. For example, "10% discount, reduced from $1,000 to $900". 9. Ideas for Special Offers You can enter any type of offer, as long as it is a genuine reduction on an existing rental rate or a genuine extra service. CyberRentals cannot be responsible for any misleading claims about Special Offers. Example Special Offers could be:
