With Disney sitting just ten minutes away and a host of time-saving, smile-inducing, fun-inciting amenities well within reach of your vacation home, you might end up believing that Emerald Island is in fact the happiest place on earth. This gated community has been around since 2002 and was constructed for a very specific reason: to make a trip to Disney/Orlando all that it can possibly be.
