Located on Squire Bay waterfront on Lake Champlain. The bay offers easy access to the lake but shelters the shore from the rough waters of the main lake. Direct waterfront facing west offering beautiful sunsets.
There is a private dock - okay for small boats and a large yard for outdoor games.

The main floor has a living/dining/kitchen area with a cathedral ceiling and wood burning stove, office, laundry area and screened porch and main bedroom (1 queen bed + full size sleeper sofa bed) plus a full bath with a shower (no tub downstairs) The loft has a large bedroom (King Bed *can be made into 2 twins* + full size futon sofa in the balcony), bathroom with 2 person jacuzzi tub, 2 large closets and a balcony looking down to the living area.
