Interests: One (1) pet is allowed for a deposit of $100 (returnable upon inspection of condo). Please make sure that pet is 100% house trained and will not damage furniture, carpet or doors. If damage occurs, renter is responsible for cost of all repairs. No barkers please. Plenty of bed linens, blankets, towels and wash clothes are provided. Please allow time to run them through the washer/dryer before leaving. Dryer vents into condo creating warmth in winter and humid in warmer weather. Place 1' of water into dryer trap before running dryer. Trap is located on the floor. Now that cell phones are popular, I did not find it necessary to place a hard line in the condo. No Phone in condo.
Departure: Turn thermostat down to 55 when leaving. Please leave the condo as you found it. Run vacuum, light dusting and wiping down bathroom and kitchen is a must. This will keep your rental costs down. Let me know if prior renters did not leave condo in good condition. All comments are welcomed. Sign the guest book!
Directions: Follow Route 4 through Rutland, Vermont. 9 miles past Rutland, look for Budget Ski Rental (condo located in same parking lot). C-1 is inside main condo entrance (building on left) - 1st on right, gold #1 on right of door. *While driving on Route 4, if you get to Pico entrance, you've gone too far. Turn around and Pond View will be 1st set of buildings on left.
Ski: Less than a half mile from entrance to Pico. Pond View is the last building before you get to the entrance to Pico. Less than a 5 minute drive to Killington. Close to shopping, restaurants. Free shuttle will transport you to/from Pickel Barrel (bar on Killington Access Road) - it's called the Barrel Rider - or call a cab for night life.
