- Baths are spacious, modern and clean. The 1st Floor 1/2 Bath has a washer/dryer behind the folding doors. Plenty of hot Water for showers and bathing. The house is on a well and septic system. The well water is NOT drinking water. It can only be used for bathing and cleaning. Renters must bring in their own bottled water for drinking and cooking.

- The entire first floor was renovated in 2002. New Kitchen, Living Room, 1/2 Bath, Laundry Room, Reading Room and Master Bedroom and Master Bath was completely renovated. The master bath includes a marble tile floor, cherry vanity with Vermont marble top and a 4' shower. The 2nd floor bedrooms were left with the original wainscoting on the walls and ceilings. Ceiling Fans and new lighting were added to every room. The entire house has new plumbing and electrical. Crows Nest is truly charming, relaxing and comfortable.
