Centrally located 5 minutes off of Interstate 91 and near skiing - 15 minutes to Ascutney Mountain Ski area; 30 minutes to Okemo and Mount Sunapee, NH; and under an hour to Killington, Stratton, and Bromley. Connecticut River is nearby with access for canoe & kayak.

Ascutney ski area; 1/2 hour to Okemo and Sunapee, NH; 1 hour to Killington, Stratton, Magic, and Bromley ski areas, and Dartmouth Skiway is 45 minutes. Visit scenic Woodstock, historic Windsor, VT; Hanover NH and Dartmouth College; St. Gaudens Historical site in nearby Cornish, NH; Vermont Country Store in Weston VT nearby as well. Nearby is Wellwood Orchards, Wood's Cider Mill, Black Watch Farm, Cas-Cad-Nac Alpaca Farm: SimonPearce, a variety of excellent restaurants, scenic drives, antiquing, historic sites.

Rate information for this Ascutney farmhouse rental

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Terms and Conditions:
    Summer 2008 Rental is $2,500 per month each for June or July or August. (one month minimum).
    Summer security deposit is $500
    Winter Rental is $8000 from 12/1/08 - 3/31/09. $7500 for 1/1/09 - 3/31/09. (three month minimum)
    Winter Security Deposit is $1000
    Winter Utilities Deposit is $1000 (renters will start with a full tank of oil for furnace and will leave it full when their lease is up. The fuel/utilities deposit is returned in full given that the tank is left full and the electric bill is paid in full).
    Utilities (electricity, phone and fuel for furnace) are not included.
    Payable: All rental fees and deposits are payable in advance.

    Cancellation Policy is: Within 30 days: no refund.
