1st Floor Includes:: 10' ceilings, saturnia marble floors and granite counter tops throughout, includes a gourmet kitchen, a breakfast bar, a dining area, a great room with access to the deck/pool/spa & private boardwalk to the beach, a laundry room, and a master bedroom suite and private bath.
2nd & Third Floor Includes:: The 2nd Floor includes: a master bedroom suite with a sitting area & private oceanfront balcony, and 2 more bedrooms (1 - Queen, 1 - 2 Fulls) with private baths. The 3rd floor includes: a game room, with an oceanfront balcony and is equipped with a kitchen, breakfast bar, full size pool table and an entertainment center; two more bedrooms (1 - Queen, 1 - 2 Twins and Sleeper Sofa) and private baths; and a 2nd laundry area.
Guest Book: Lots of shopping with all kinds of outlets on the island and right across the bridge in Bluffton. Golfing available either on the Island or off. Discounted rates will be given in your check-in packet. Public tennis courts are available at one of the parks by the home. Hilton Head has something for everyone and that is why it is a destination that people continue to come back to year after year to visit!
