Sold out for 08, thank you! The most spectacular water views of any beach house, because this house sits on a peninsula and every window in the house has a water view. Relax in one of two living rooms or sun room and watch the waves or walk to your own private beach from the back door. Central air conditioning, installed in 2007. Spacious 11 room home, built in 1938, it has lovely hardwood floors and walls of knotty pine, Persian rugs and sea-grass custom rug. Beautiful double water front lot gives privacy and a feeling of spaciousness. Casually decorated including Heywood Wakefield antiques. House has 2053 sq ft of living area. Detached 2 car garage. It is on a no outlet street, so no traffic. Seven miles away is the city of Newport for shopping and clubs. Restaurants, lobster and clams and entertainment are minutes away from our Newport county beach home in Portsmouth. Credit cards accepted. Or call during business hours.I

Notes: Small stereo Sony system. Sony HDTV and cable. One of the bedrooms has a bonus room so it is actually 2 rooms that make up that one bedroom. There is an outdoor stone and brick fireplace on the property. If you have your own kayak, you can push off from the beach off the backyard, or you can rent kayaks at the Sakonnet Boat House. A large formal children's park is just down the street. Convenient to New England outlet stores. Private beach surrounded by conservation land; small sandy beach with small fist sized smooth rocks at the water's entry and after about 10 feet inward to the water, a smooth sandy bottom. Recommend Aqua sox or fisherman's sandals some of which are at the house. Beach blankets and swim noodles, eight beach towels for your use. Maid service is provided on checkout, optional additional maid service during your stay can be obtained. We made a book with print outs and maps to area attractions and stores
