The House: This home was built in 1850 and is number 10 of a 12 home private beach community. We are 800 feet from the water at Easton's Beach. There are ocean views from all levels. The house was completely rebuilt in 2005-2006. Everything is brand new, interior and exterior. Two new kitchens, 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms. Large yard is great for kids and family parties, stone porch is great for entertaining! Walk to downtown Newport, Bellevue Avenue, Restaurants, Bars, shopping, museums...
Amenities: The house is fully equipped with 2 kitchens, Wireless Internet, 42' Flat screen HDTV, Digital Cable, Free National Phone Calls, Gas Grill, Swing set.
