This three bedroom, one bath, child friendly ranch is located 5 minutes from three great Narragansett beaches, Scarborough, Sand Hill Cove and Narragansett Town beach. After a day at the beach, relax at our private retreat. Grill on the cozy patio, cooled by large shade tress, while you enjoy a cocktail and watch the kids play in the spacious, private back yard. The house was purchased and completely renovated in late the spring of 2005 and has been further renovated this spring (2007). The house will come fully furnished. This house is ideal for families. There are 3 bedrooms; the master has a queen bed, one bedroom has a full bed and 1 bedroom with two twins. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all standard cooking gear and utensils. The house has been child-proofed and has a great yard for the young ones to play in after returning from the beach. The house is located at 63 Foddering Farm Rd in Narragansett, RI.

Adults will enjoy trips to Newport, the Block Island ferry, Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun, the awesome restaurants, shopping, golfing, deep sea fishing charters or day sailing. The kids will enjoy nearby go-karts, bumper boats, mini-golf and batting cages. * Historic Newport is a mere 25 minutes away. * Get your fresh seafood in Galilee * Check out the awesome (and flat) bike trails * Numerous golf courses in the area (including the Foxwoods course). Don't forget to check out Providence (25 minutes away). This small city has world class cuisine, shopping and, if you're lucky enough, a truly beautiful artistic event called Waterfire.

Rate information for this Narragansett cottage rental

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • $800-$1,250/week (an extra $200 for the 4th of July week applies)
  • June 1 thru June 28 :
    $800/week

    June 28 thru August 30:
    $1,250/week (an extra $200 for the 4th of July week applies)

    Additional $250/week refundable security deposit.

    Weeks rent from Saturday at 3PM to the following Saturday at 11 AM.

    Renter must leave house in clean condition or they will be charged a cleaning fee.

    (I am also renting the house from Sep-May - call for information).
