Our Sunriver home is the perfect place to enjoy the year-round sunshine and natural beauty of Central Oregon. Beautiful, spacious 1600 sq. ft. Sunriver home, great location, only a mile and a half from the Sunriver shopping village and l/2 mile from Fort Rock Park. Large green space behind house, very private. Big hot tub on L-shaped deck, gas BBQ, 13 bicycles. Huge great room with vaulted ceiling and skylights is open to kitchen and dining room, and has cable TV, VCR, DVD, CD, and wood-burning stove. Fully-equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, Jenn-Air grill, coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, everything you'll need to feel at home. The master bedroom suite & bathroom are upstairs, with a vaulted ceiling, queen bed, double sinks, walk-in closet and French doors to a private deck. The main floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and TV/VCR, small walk-in closet and sink, and french doors to a deck. Bedroom #3 has 2 sets of bunks (4 bunks total).

You'll love the open floor plan of our home after a day of biking, swimming, golfing, fishing, rafting, canoeing, tennis, skiing, or whatever activities you enjoy in this beautiful setting. There are two swimming pools, two golf courses, and over 30 miles of paved bike trails at Sunriver. Our home has more than enough bikes for you to use. Fort Rock Park is only a l/2 mile away and has sand volleyball, basketball, children's play equipment, tennis, a picnic area, and a field for family sports or games. Downhill skiing is only 18 miles away at Mt. Bachelor, or cross country skiing or tubing, and the hot tub will be ready for you. The hot tub is serviced weekly by a professional company. Bend is only about 15 minutes away with a wide selection of theatres, restaurants, and an outlet mall.
