Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Summer rates - June 6, 2009 thru Sept 5, 2009 - (7 night minimum) - $1550/week
Fall Foliage rates - October 18, 2008 thru November 8, 2008 - $1100/week, $225 per night weekend(2 night minimum).

Prices include all taxes. Rental deposit of 30% required to reserve. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
$300 Refundable Security Deposit required at time of final rental payment. Refunded within 14 days after check-out.
Check-in time 3:00pm, Check-out time 11:00am. Special check-in and check-out may be available.
No refunds less than 30 days prior to arrival, unless replacement renters can be found.

Fishing: Great fishing off the dock! Night time fishing for Crappie! The lake is abundant with Trout, Bass, Bream, Catfish, and Crappie. Local guide service available. Boats available for rent from Marina.
Hiking & Kayaking: Numerous hiking trails are available close by, from easy to the most difficult. Kayaking and Canoeing opportunities are plentiful.
Ski: Skiing areas of Wolf Laurel and Saphire Valley are close and packed with fun! Gatlinburg is within 2 hours.
Golf: Championship golf abounds nearby. Bald Mountain and Apple Valley Golf Courses are only minutes away. The historic Lake Lure Muncipal is a Donald Ross 9-hole course that is a challenge! Many courses are located within 45 minutes in the Asheville and Hendersonville area.
