Relaxing home on a quiet street,(1 mile) to the waterway & beach.Nice neighborhood, pleasant for bike-riding, taking walks. It is walking distance to a book store, & only a 2-minute drive from fishing. Newly renovated mobile home w/ soft blue carpet throughout. Spacious kitchen is well stocked with cooking tools & condiments (coffee, creamer, sugar). Living area has a nice TV w/ Dish Network, built-in DVD/CD player & a big selection of DVDs & tapes. DSL Internet for your laptop. Sofa bed & futon in living rm. Walls are decorated in an ocean theme. 1st bedroom is perfect for children, w/ twin beds w/ Nemo comforters & safety rails. Room includes a small TV/VCR combo. Also a chest of drawers and a closet. Master bedroom has a very comfortable queen-sized bed. The bathroom has a full size garden tub/ shower. Washer-dryer set avail. Yard is beautifully landscaped, new deck for sitting or grilling. 1/2 rental deposit required to reserve; the rest must be paid 2 weeks before check-in

Holden Beach is famous for its family beach and its great fishing in the waterway and in the ocean. Great seafood dining and golf are also very close by. Miniature golf, ice cream shops, antique shopping, biking, & enjoying the beach are all favorite local past-times. Wilmington is only 30 minutes away, and there's lots of history there. Myrtle Beach is also only 1/2 hour away. There's places to go dancing evenings just a mile away. There are fishing charters and tournaments. You won't find a cleaner strand. And for you folks coming from congested cities, you will be happy with the one stop light. We now have a telephone for local calls, and high speed Internet. There's also a swing out back! Be sure to check out Holden's great flea market and yard sale bargains!

Golf: There's a driving range less than five minutes away. Sometimes it runs on the honor system during off season. There's also putt-putt as several locations at Holden Beach. Golf courses can be located for you if that is something you are interested in, there are some close by.
