Beautifully situated amidst tall, tall trees, summer is the perfect time to be in our country home. At the edge of town, the Catskill sunsets are unobstructed and gorgeous. An acre and a half of well manicured grounds, with a pond on the property, the backyard is perfect for an afternoon football toss, a volleyball game or an old fashioned BBQ, followed by a dip in the pool. The house has an eat-in kitchen, 4 comfortable bedrooms, a large living room and a two-car garage. Fully furnished with all new appliances, cable television, and an extensive movie collection, staying in on cool summer nights is fun for the whole family.

Fifteen minutes north of the city of Hudson's burgeoning art community, full of galleries and gourmet restaurants, the location is a short drive from the Berkshire attractions (Tanglewood, Berkshire Theater Festival, other summer theaters) and scores of antique shops. Amtrak is fifteen minutes away, as is The Taconic Parkway.
