A mahogany front porch leads you to our beautiful airy cape in Hampton Bays. Within our home you will find four sun-drenched bedrooms with cherry wood floors and overhead fans and two clean white bathrooms, one of which has an old fashion claw foot tub. Our home boasts a beautiful new kitchen with granite counter tops and center island that leads into a spacious living room with stone fireplace. The open floor plan is wonderful for socializing with family and friends. Outside you will find a peaceful landscaped garden that surrounds your very own private 20' x 40' heated in-ground pool. There is a large deck with patio furniture that is perfect for barbecuing. There is also an outdoor shower. Our home is conveniently located near the town of Hampton Bays. Both the Bay and Ocean are just minutes away!
