In addition to central air conditioning, the living room and each bedroom has a ceiling fan.
The house has a large sunny upper deck, accessed by four sliding glass doors, with comfortable patio furniture and grill, and a sunny lower deck with heated in-ground swimming pool surrounded by beautiful, flowering landscaping and an enclosed after-swim shower.
