Nestled in the vineyard area of Bridgehampton; this is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath sun filled cottage. There is a fully equipped kitchen which has been renovated for the 2008 rental season. Guests will enjoy new granite countertops, Wolf Stove, high end stainless appliances and a wine/beverage refrigerator. For additional comfort, there is a new retractable screen door at the cottage's entrance and a wood burning fireplace. A washer and dryer are located in the basement. A large outdoor area with a wrap-around cedar decking, outdoor shower, children's play set and sandbox and heated 18 x 36 pool (with a child safety fence) compliment the large backyard. Weber Genesis Gas Grill. The cottage comes stocked with iPod docking stations, DVD/VCR players, three new flat screen TVs, CD players, books, toys, and games.
The cottage is located 0.5 miles from the Children's Museum of the East End (CMEE). Perfect for a family vacation. NO GROUPS, NO PROMS, NO SMOKERS and NO PETS.

We require a signed lease and a deposit which includes the security deposit, cleaning fee, pool maintenance,
landscaping fee and 50% of the rental fee. The balance of the rental fee is due 30 days prior to occupancy.
We accept credit card payments made via PayPal - Weekly rentals are Friday arrival 4pm - Friday departure at noon. Weekend rentals are Friday arrival 4pm- Sunday departure at noon. No weekend rentals in June, July or August. Additional landscaping and pool maintenance fee

2 queens, 2 twins with trundle beds, 1 crib, sleeping loft, cedar works play set, heated pool with child safety fence, hammock. There are two steps that lead into the front of the house, which make it wheelchair inaccessible. There is a master suite on the first floor with its own bathroom which can be used for someone who is unable to climb stairs.
