There is 150 feet of private Owasco Lake frontage that can play host to swimming, boating and fishing. A hike or nature walk may surely encounter whitetail deer and wild turkeys.
This heated 2 bedroom home, with 1 1/2 baths, sleeps 9. Large upper and lower decks provide the perfect location for a family gathering or view of the sunset. The gazebo is often popular as the spot to catch some late day shade. Amenities: Fireplaces are located in both the living room and master bedroom.
A fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, coffeemaker, dishes and utensils. Also included are linens/ bath towels, TV/VCR/DVD, Direct TV, stereo, lawn and beach furniture, local telephone, dock, canoe and 2 kayaks, rowboat, Boat hoist available.

The hoist will hold up to your typical 20' runabout boat. A small beach shelter primarily houses boat paddles, an assortment of PFD's, and a fridge to keep your favorite beach beverage cold.
