Located on Madison Avenue, just one block from Central Park, this property is within walking distance of Fifth Avenue's Museum Mile, fine restaurants, shops and public transportation. The small, 5 story building, contains a shop at street level and apartments above. It was completely renovated in December 1999 to our specifications. The street and vestibule doors are locked at all times and are connected to each apartment by intercom/buzzer. There is no elevator. A garage and service laundry are within walking distance.
We have 5 units at this property. Two flights up we have 3 one bedroom apartments. Two of these may be connected internally. Three flights up we have 2 two bedroom apartments which extend from the front to the back of the building.
CHECK IN ONLY ANY TIME AFTER 3 P.M. NO EARLY CHECK IN. WE DO NOT HAVE LUGGAGE STORAGE FACILITY AT THIS PROPERTY. CHECK OUT BEFORE 10 AM. CONDITIONAL NOON CHECK OUT AVAILABLE AT NO EXTRA CHARGE.
