This simple house is beautifully located on Great Pond on one-half acre in the heart of Long Island's North Fork. Bird watching is unavoidable in this undeveloped area just steps from your shared private waterfront on Great Pond. Swimming and fishing are superb. Swimming in Long Island Sound is just six blocks away at Kenney's Beach. Barbecue and dine in the backyard with a sunset view of the lake and then stargaze with no interfering city lights. House has two bedrooms accommodating four people, an all-electric kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker, and a TV, DVD and VCR. Pets allowed with prior approval and signed pet agreement.

Horseback riding is available at nearby Hidden Lake Farm Riding School. Children can be entertained at one of the summer day camps offered by the Cornell Marine Learning Center or the Peconic Dunes Camp, located just down the road. Nearby, along Route 25, are some of Long Island's most celebrated wineries. Other nearby attractions include the quaint seaport village of Greenport, the Horton Point Lighthouse and Nautical Museum, and Goldsmiths Inlet County Park.
