Weekly rates are based on Sunday to Sunday check-in/check-out, however, dates are flexible.
A credit card, security deposit and a signed lease agreement are required to hold a reservation. We accept cash, Visa and MasterCard. Final payment can be made with a credit card, cash or bank check.
Special rates are available for long term rentals. - The house is perfectly situated only five short minutes from HITS horse shows. Seasonal winter rentals and long term rentals are available. Please call for specially discounted rates.

The studio, a bright airy retreat featuring four skylights (one of which floods the space's ultramodern concrete shower with sunlight), is located in our converted barn just a few hundred feet from the main house. The space can sleep up to 2 adults and 1 child and can be rented with the main house or as a separate unit. Best of all, this special property and all that it has to offer is just seven miles from Woodstock, 15 minutes from Hunter Mountain and Catskill State Park, 5 minutes from H.I.T.S Horse Shows and a three minute drive from the Hudson River! Please call for pet rules.
