Outside has large deck with BBQ grill and patio set for 6 plus. Stereo, DVD, VCR, and cable TV. Overlooks lake and dock. Lower level: two bedrooms, one with queen bed, second with 1double/1 single, full bath. Rec room with queen futon, minibar, pool table, TV, DVD/VCR. Outside patio with lake view, picnic table, and fireplace - firewood provided. The house is located in a private, gated community at Sleepy Hollow Lake, a 2 1/2 mile motorboat lake. Tennis, basketball, 2 pools, playgrounds and a protected sandy beach. Convenient to shopping, antique stores, entertainment, etc. Within 30 min. is Albany, and the Catskill State Forest mountains.
