Large yard for kids, plenty of parking, gas grill, and picnic table. The house has cable TV, land-line phone, WiFi connection for your computer, heat, and air conditioning. The living room boasts a working fireplace, and there is a fully-equipped, large, eat-in kitchen. For the little ones there is a high chair, port-a-crib, and there are safety latches on cabinets.
