Comfortable clean beach house - easy to share with two couples. Fully equipped eat-in kitchen and large airy sun room with a dining table. Three bedrooms with excellent mattresses, one full bath, two 1/2 baths. Amenities: central A/C, washer/dryer, cable TV (three of them), gas grill, outdoor shower, beach chairs & badges. Young children love the swings at bay beach.
Put your car keys away. Walk across the street to the bay beach. Short walk to ocean, restaurants and shops. The ocean beach has been restored to its former glory - you'll be greeted by an expansive beautiful beach!
Sorry, no pets, under age 25 or smoking in the house.
Avoid the traffic on turn-over day! Weeks run Sunday to Sunday
