This property is extremely cute, right down the street from the Weirs Beach arcades, water slide, amusement area, Mount Washington boat tour and Hobo Train, but isolated from the noise. Great Lake views, walk to private beach, 40 yards away. Country decor, cute side yard, parking, full kitchen... home away from home. Sit on the porch and watch the Mount Washington cruise by. Barbecue while you watch the weekend fireworks just 1/4 mile away. Dock your boat nearby or rent one for the week. Swimming, fishing, canoeing - anything. Second year renting and only rent a few weeks a year, rock bottom pricing.

Weirs Beach and Lake Winnepasaukee are the premier attractions in this part of the Lakes Region. Very close by is the 'boardwalk' area of Weirs Beach that allows access to arcades, rides, water slides, miniature golf, drive in theatre, go-carts and many other family activities, but, the house is located right next to the water away from the frenzy of the activity. Nearby is Mt Washington and many of the wonderful hiking, fishing, golfing, bike riding and other nature activities. In the winter, the house is very close to major ski areas, cross country skiing and snow mobile riding areas as well as competition activities. You can't go wrong here, whether you want a quiet relaxing vacation or lots of family hustle and bustle. We have it all in this great home away from home.

- The main bathroom is upstairs and nice and roomy. The shower has nice power spray and it's just a pretty cool place to wash up and get ready for the day. The downstairs bathroom is a comfy little commode off of the kitchen area for easy access when needed.

- The bedrooms are very nice and breezy in the summer. There are fans and/or air conditioners in them as well. The master bedroom looks out onto the lake for a great view, especially in the morning. The two-single room is comfy and nice. The bedroom with the bunks has one queen bed on the bottom and a single on the top. Again, comfy and nice. The studio is a single bed off of the kitchen and it is cute and comfy as well. We would appreciate only 6 folks sleeping in the house. Any more and it gets a little crowded.
