Master bath has a jacuzzi tub with a beautiful forested view of our private lot, large walk-in shower with double head shower, and double sinks. All of the bathrooms have upgraded light fixtures and are decorated nicely. You will need to bring your towels and sheets. Bath mats are provided. Each bathroom sink has new Corian counters and decorative mirrors.

Location and Area: This Meredith home in the new development of Lakeridge is in one of the most desirable areas of Lake Winnipesaukee. II is conveniently located directly off of Highway 93 at Exit 23, at the intersection of Routes 104 and 3. You will not be waiting in those long traffic lines to get to your destinations if you need to have quick access to Highway 93. The homes in this area sell between $700,000.00 to $1,200,000 dollars. The lake and mountain views are spectacular and this home is located on one of the largest lots in Lakeridge. Their are no neighbors to the rear of the home, providing you with a serene, quiet environment. You will have a very secluded, private wooded area to experience while your are enjoying the views from inside and outside of the home.
Nearby Area: Upon leaving the entrance to the Lakeridge area, if you head north, you will be seconds away from the beautiful downtown area of Meredith, NH. This is our favorite city in the Lakes Region area because of the excellent ambiance and attractions. It is one of the most scenic places to visit on Lake Winnipesaukee; you will be able to enjoy the historical style of the waterfront restaurants and stores. The famous Mill Falls actually has the same cascading waterfall that were used by the mill. Inside there are excellent shops and the famous Guiseppe's Italian Restaurant... Next door you can dine in camp style at the famous 'Camp' Restaurant. A cruise on the famous 'Mount Washington' boat or a trip in the mail boats will take you to see many of the islands where people live during the summer months. The Lakes Region Theatre Group performs nightly at the very close Lakes Region High School. Their musical performances are very entertaining and there are even programs for the kids.
Other Activities: Scenic Fall Foliage Trips on the Meredith Scenic Railroad and Skiing at Gunstock Ski Resort....Just minutes away!!!
