Brand new construction, exclusive 28 unit condominium hotel, all individually owned. Located right across from North Beach, only a mile from Hampton Beach, but not in all the noise or traffic. There is a queen size bed & a full pull out sofa/bed. A kitchenette which includes dorm sized refrigerator, built in microwave oven, toaster oven, slow cooker, overhead cabinets, ceramic 2 burner hotplate, coffee maker, utensils, china & cutlery, etc. Granite counter tops in kitchenette & bathroom. Balcony overlooking the ocean with spectacular views. Come for a getaway or for a longer vacation retreat! Winter time is just as nice to beat the blues by looking and listening to the ocean! Fabulous spot to unwind with that special someone and leave the world behind. You won't be disappointed, since it is clean and quiet, while the majority of accommodations in the area have not been updated, you can feel confident about ours.

Special events: The Hampton Beach Seafood Festival Runs the weekend after labor day. Sample gourmet cuisine from area restaurants, live music, special events, shows, fireworks, etc. End of season sidewalk sales for the bargain shoppers. The Casino Ballroom located in the heart of Hampton Beach on Ocean Boulevard, is a popular venue for concerts, comedy shows, etc. Fireworks every week on Wednesday nights during the summer season.

Check in information: Check in time is 2:00pm, Check out time is 11:00am. Late check outs will be charged $25.00. Although all of the condo units in this complex are individually owned. There is a Hotel management staff on site. All guests must register at the front desk and provide credit card info & driver's license for security purposes. Room occupancy is strictly enforced by security monitoring throughout the premises. The maximum occupancy of this unit is 4 people. The suite is made up prior to your arrival with clean linens, towels, etc. Housekeeping / Maid service is available for an additional fee if requested. Inquire at the lobby desk.

Ski: This New Oceanfront condo is only 15 minutes North of Bradford ski resort in Haverhill, MA. Enjoy the beach and the winter festivities at the slopes. The best of both worlds, the ocean, and snow fun within minutes of each other.

Golf: The Hampton Beach area has more than 10 public golf courses available for you to enjoy with friends and family, along with dining and entertaining. Located within a 11 mile radius from the beach.
