A cozy and comfortable cottage on the quite side of a 26 mile long lake that sleeps 6-8 people with updated kitchen and docking for two 23' boats or toys. With Southwest exposure you will be relaxing in the sun most of the day and then retire to the spacious waterfront gazebo and sip on a late afternoon drink and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Shallow water entry for swimming with the kids and no sudden drop off. End your day Kayaking around the island or just kick back and enjoy the feeling that only an island vacation can give you.

An 8% New Hampshire meals tax is applied to the gross rental fee. A $500 Security Deposit is required at the time of reservation and is returned after inspection of property once vacated. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.

- The master bedroom on the first floor has the double bed. Second bedroom on the first floor has two twins. The third and fourth bedrooms are up stairs and have two twins in each. There is a separate loft upstairs that has it's own TV and seating area. Great for the kids to have their own place to play and watch TV.
