Our home was built 3 years ago and is situated in a private beautiful development conveniently located minutes from North Conway village. The first floor is all open with a fully applianced kitchen, great room with stone gas fireplace, dining area leading to a deck with patio furniture and gas grill over looking large landscaped yard abutting private woods.
There are 4 bedrooms. 1 on the main level with a queen bed and a picture window. 2 on the second level each with a queen bed. 1 in the lower level with a double bed and a set of bunk beds. The lower level also features a large playroom with a pool table. There is a full bath on each level.
