The waterfront location on Middle Pea Porridge Pond offers many opportunities to enjoy the great outdoors or the nearby outlet shopping. Located on the canal connecting Middle and Big Pea Porridge ponds, you will enjoy complete privacy, while relaxing in our comfortable mountain getaway. The property consists of 2 adjoining lots with plenty of room for wiffle ball or volleyball in the sand covered backyard. Downhill or cross-country skiing, skating, and snowmobiling in the Winter. Swimming, boating, fishing, climbing, biking and hiking in the Spring, Summer and Fall. A beautiful and quiet setting no matter what the season. Just minutes from numerous ski resorts, the Kangamangas Highway, North Conway, tax free outlet shopping and in the White Mountains.

Notes: The house has 2 separate family rooms. The upstairs family room is attached to the kitchen with walkout access to a wrap-around deck. A TV, DVD, Stereo and VCR are all included in this room. The fully finished basement also has a family room with walkout access to the backyard. This room also has a TV, VCR, and Nintendo (older) game system with a few games. Outside there is a Large Driveway for 4-5 cars (easily accommodates large SUV's). 2 Canoes and a Kayak are included for use, including life jackets for kids and adults. The backyard has a large fire pit, that will easily accommodate a large group for a relaxing evening by the fire. The backyard is sand all the way down to the water, with enough room to accommodate a game of volleyball or wiffle ball (a family favorite of ours). A basketball net is adjacent to the driveway, mounted on a tree.
