The first level has a cathedral ceiling living room with wood stove, cable TV, VCR/DVD player, kitchen, dining area, full bath and two bedrooms. The second level has two bedrooms, full bath and the kids will love to sleep in the loft, which has three twin beds. Then let the kids retreat to their own furnished playroom on the lower level complete with cable TV, VCR/DVD player, and a full size futon. Not only do you get to wake up to the sunrise views of the mountains but you are just moments away from the beaches of three pristine ponds.

Nearby is also the Mount Washington Valley, where you will find movie theatres, restaurants, golfing, outlet shopping, Storyland, miniature golf, antique shops, Fryeburg Fair (September and October), skiing and snowboarding. There is something for everyone. Or just stay home and watch the sunset on the deck.
