Private and quiet location with three pristine ponds and five beaches at bottom of hill and short drive to all North Conway and area attractions year-round. Main level has beamed cathedral ceiling with two skylights and ceiling fan in large family room. Family room is equipped with new sectional, new recliner, wood stove, and cable TV/VCR/DVD. Main level also has fully applianced kitchen with fresh paint, new floor, as well as new dining table with 8 chairs, full bathroom, and bedroom. Lower level has 2 bedrooms, full bathroom, and recreation room with bumper pool table. Top floor is the master bedroom with a private deck with views. Huge wrap-around deck and large, level yard completes the scene.
